Mindy wears many hats with ease, guiding patient care, mentoring her team, and refining systems so the entire practice runs smoothly. She thrives on the unpredictability of her role. One moment she’s helping a patient feel comfortable before surgery, the next she’s working behind the scenes to ensure providers have everything they need to deliver world-class care.

For Mindy, leadership begins with listening. She believes that patients heal better when they feel truly heard, and that teams work better when they know their contributions matter. It’s why she takes time for the small conversations: checking in with a nurse, encouraging a teammate, or reassuring a patient that what they’re feeling is part of the healing process.

Her proudest moments aren’t just in the big wins, but in the quiet victories; watching a patient walk a little farther than they could last week, seeing a new nurse gain confidence, or knowing her leadership has helped someone feel less alone in their journey.

Outside of Vertrae®, Mindy’s life is as full as her heart. She’s an avid storm watcher, an adventurous traveler (40 states and counting), and a wine maker who loves the creativity of the process. She enjoys puzzles, organizing, and spending time outdoors with her husband and their dogs, and most mornings, you’ll spot her with a Diet Mt. Dew in hand, ready to take on whatever the day brings.
