When patients walk into Vertrae® for the first time, they don’t just see a front desk. They see Megan. And within seconds, something shifts: a sense of welcome, of calm, of “okay… maybe I can actually feel better.”
That’s the magic of Megan’s presence.
Her enthusiasm is contagious, her kindness is sincere, and her mission is simple: make every person feel like they belong here. As the first face many patients see, and often the first voice they hear on the phone, Megan sets the tone for the entire care experience.
“I want each person to feel like more than just a chart or a time slot—they’re someone we genuinely care about.”
With a background in neuroscience and a passion for people, Megan blends clinical understanding with emotional intelligence. Whether she’s helping with check-in or offering a few calming words before a procedure, she creates an experience that’s warm, human, and full of light.
Outside of work, Megan loves rollerblading, spending time with her dog Tucker, and riding coasters at Kings Island with her husband. And yes—she somehow manages to keep smiling through all of it.
